Licensed in 2004, I have enjoyed nearly 20 years of Real Estate Service. For the first 13 years of my career, I worked exclusively in Orange County California, Newport Beach, and surrounding cities. I enjoyed the unique opportunity of representing some of the most stunning homes along the Pacific Riviera and assisted clients with a variety of services from investment properties, secondary homes, primary residences, vacation homes/rentals, cooperative land lease agreements, lease options to purchase agreements, vacant land/ new construction, city building permits, listing and buyer representations.
My portfolio diversified beginning in 2008 when an abrupt change in the market brought on an onslaught of foreclosures and short sales. As the market shifted, I tailored my business exclusively to the short sale market and helped countless homeowners navigate the bank process further added to my resume a competent understanding of bank negotiations (56 different institutions), foreclosures, trustee sales, auction postponements, lien negotiations ( IRS, child support, HOA liens, attorney liens ), and helped clients get back on their feet again.
In 2017 I had the privilege of relocating back to the Central Coast where I was born (San Luis Obispo) and raised as a child (Creston and Santa Margarita). Moving back to a small town was exactly what my children and heart needed. This gorgeous community has given me the opportunity to give my children the memories I had growing up. To live on rural land, have horses, dogs, cats, chickens, and our ranch mascot Romeo, an alpaca.
The Central Coast captures a quality of life that I am so privileged to live in. I have a history here. I learn more every day about our intimate communities and the people that built them. My resume has expanded to ranch properties, septic and well knowledge, rural development, and all of our boutique beach communities in between. I am so privileged to share my years of real estate knowledge with clients locally and to those looking to move here to experience all the beauty the Central Coast has to behold.
