Cody Wilcoxson
I’m Cody and I’ve lived in San Luis Obispo County for over half my life with 16 of those years in local Real Estate. I grew up coming to the central coast as my Grandparents owned an Arabian Horse Ranch on Templeton Road where my family has many memories and stories when things were a bit smaller around here.
I’m the full-time owner/broker of Oak & Roots Real Estate Group as well as a husband, father, Cal Poly graduate, musician, animal lover, and sometimes handyman when my clients need a hand.
When it comes to real estate, I take a unique approach with not being a pushy salesperson while listening closely to clients’ needs, then working extremely hard to make sure my clients receive what they are seeking.
Some accolades I have earned are; Cal Poly - SLO - B.S. 2005 AgBusiness, Past President of the Paso Robles Association of REALTORS®, State Director for the California Association of REALTORS®, Local Chair of Land Use and Environmental Committee, and nominated local REALTOR® of the Year 3 years in a row…never won that title, although honored to be recognized out of almost 1000 agents when only 3 are chosen per year.
